  • Assigned to BOH or FOH duties and are tasked with excellent execution of the position to which they are assigned.
  • Ensuring that all food safety procedures and sanitization practices are being upheld.
  • Responsible for completing operational checklists.
  • Assist with inventory counting and ordering.
  • Assist with training and evaluation of all positions.
  • Confers with GM on disciplinary action.

Expected Work Hours:

  • This position can be either part-time or full-time

The Restaurant Manager is under the supervision of the General Manager, and he/she is primarily responsible for restaurant operations. The Restaurant Manager should be the hardest working person in the building! The Restaurant Manager is responsible for being the GM when the GM is not in the building (including GM management duties) and being the number 2 in command when the GM is in the building. Work Environment

  • Cooks are required to work in a kitchen environment which includes working with and around kitchen equipment such as but not limited to ovens, stoves, walk-in coolers/freezers, milkshake machines, frying equipment, and knives
  • You will be exposed to heat, steam, fire, noise, and potentially slippery surfaces including the floor
  • Cooks are expected to be on their feet for up to 8 hours or more at a time and be able to lift as much as 50 pounds
